January's Apprentices of the Month!

Januarys Apprentice of the Month

At GLP Training, we believe in nurturing talent, fostering growth, and celebrating achievements, that is why we have decided to start our "Apprentice of the month" award, to ensure our learners effort and achievements do not go unrecognised!

For Januarys apprentices of the month, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on two of our fantastic learners, who have been recognised by their tutors in demonstrating outstanding performance, and a passion for personal and professional development.

Professional Services Apprentice of the Month

Our Professional Services Apprentice of the Month has been awarded to:

Hayley Carter

Hayley is on our Credit Controller/CICM apprenticeship, and works for Marston Holdings. Here's what her tutor, Kelly, had to say about Hayley, and why she was deserving of this award.

"Hayley has shown great resilience over the past few months. Hayley passed her recent exam with a good percentage mark. In addition, she has maintained and submitted assignments to a standard that surpasses the Level 3 qualification, all whilst experiencing turbulence during her personal life. Hayley always attends every session, is always happy to help others and is always smiling. She is a fantastic example of an apprentice and as her tutor I am extremely proud of the journey she has been on."

Build, Trade and Facilities Apprentice of the Month

Our Build, Trade and Facilities Apprentice of the Month has been awarded to:

Harvey Conrath

Harvey is on our Building Services Engineering Service & Maintenance Engineer apprenticeship, and works for Mitie. Here's what his tutor, Neil, had to say about Harvey, and why he was deserving of this award.

"Harvey is an absolute pleasure to teach. He is engaged and he completes his work on time. His knowledge is growing, as is his confidence. There is clear evidence in Harvey's assignment and submissions, that he is developing both his technical knowledge and technical language, including his practical ability. Harvey has a great attitude and enjoys the theoretical and practical elements of his study. Harvey works well with his contemporaries, and his employers have nothing but good things to say about him. Harvey is exceptional and I highly recommend that he be awarded the first of our Apprentices of the Month awards."

Congratulations to our two January apprentices of the month! This is an achievement to be proud of.

Keep an eye out for next month's outstanding apprentices!
