The primary role of a Property Maintenance is to optimise property condition and quality, to make certain that building is kept in a safe working condition. 

Property Maintenance Operatives require to maintain a high level of quality and show effective recording and reporting skills, to ensure that there is maximum satisfaction to customers, clients, guests and their teams. They will demonstrate the importance of buildings including electrical, plumbing, plant, safety systems and equipment.


As well as, carrying out repairs to walls, doorframes, skirting boards or addressing plaster damage to internal walls. They will provide a first and immediate response to fault finding, whilst maximising quality and ensuring cost-effectiveness. They will ensure the prevention of major damage that could result in extensive costs and minimise reactive intervention for a safe working condition.
