As we reflect back on our previous academic year, we are thrilled to announce the release of our 2023 Insights Report with immense pride.
This report highlights the dedication and diligence of everyone at GLP Training, showcasing the remarkable efforts and achievements we've collectively pursued throughout the year.
As we move forward into 2024, it is a significant privilege to analyse both our internal data as well as the government data for 2023, allowing us to deeply reflect on our findings. This insight not only highlights our potential alignment and disparities with other providers but also enables us to track national trends and changes within apprenticeships and training overall.
In January and February 2024, we also initiated our most extensive survey campaign, targeting four key stakeholders: Apprentices, Learning & Development Managers, Line Managers, and our own Tutors.
Through collecting this data, we are able to enhance our service provision and consider the varied perspectives across these groups. We aimed to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that deepen our comprehension of our audience, as well as empowering us to continue to not only meet, but exceed expectations in shaping the future of our apprenticeships and courses.

Through these courses, we offer individuals alternative pathways for learning that cater to their specific needs, enabling them to acquire new skills or enhance their existing ones, thereby advancing in their current roles or pursuing new opportunities.
