At GLP Training, we continue our monthly tradition of celebrating our Apprentice of the Month, recognising learners’ outstanding achievements throughout their apprenticeship journeys.
This month, we’re pleased to recognise Antonio Caruso as October’s Apprentice of the month! 👏
Antonio has been progressing brilliantly throughout his Level 3 HR apprenticeship, demonstrating a strong commitment to developing his skills and growing as an HR professional. His hard work and dedication have recently been recognised through his promotion to a member of the People Team at David Lloyd, marking a fantastic milestone in his career.
Throughout his apprenticeship, Antonio has shown great initiative and a willingness to go above and beyond, including supporting a variety of different branches across David Lloyd. His positive attitude, motivation and determination to keep improving have been key to his continued development.
Antonio’s tutor, Ronnie, spoke highly of his progress and commitment throughout his apprenticeship:
Ronnie highlighted that, “Antonio Caruso has been brilliant throughout his apprenticeship and has been looking at continuous ways to develop as a HR professional.”
He also praised Antonio’s positive attitude and resilience, explaining that, “Antonio is always motivated and maintains a positive attitude throughout even when he’s been faced with challenges.”
Ronnie further recognised Antonio’s professional development, noting that, “By Antonio achieving a consistent high level of knowledge, skills and consistent behaviour, he has recently been promoted to a member of the people team.”
He also highlighted Antonio’s passion for making a positive difference, adding that, “Antonio has been passionate about supporting equality, diversity and inclusion while simultaneously improving organisational process to maximise organisational growth.”
Antonio’s dedication to his development, willingness to support others and enthusiasm for contributing to the wider business have been fantastic to see. His recent promotion is a brilliant reflection of his progress and the positive impact he continues to make.
