At GLP Training, we continue our monthly tradition of celebrating our Apprentice of the Month, recognising learners’ outstanding achievements throughout their apprenticeship journeys.
This month, we’re delighted to recognise Akwasi Boateng as Apprentice of the Month! 👏
Akwasi is currently undergoing his Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship with Morgan Sindall Construction, and has truly impressed both his employer and trainers with his commitment, professionalism, and amazing progress.
Akwasi’s hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. He continues to excel in his day-to-day role and is consistently applying his learning to real-world scenarios. A true reflection of the values we promote at GLP Training.
His trainer, Phillip Butler shared high praise for Akwasi’s attitude and growth:
Phillip mentioned, “Despite a difficult start to the course due to ongoing computer issues which impacted his progress, Akwasi has shown real determination and resilience throughout his apprenticeship journey“
“Since being provided with a laptop by GLP Training, he has worked extremely hard to catch up, successfully completing all outstanding work and consistently engaging in additional lessons each week. “
Phillip also highlighted that “Akwasi is a very personable young man who continues to overcome challenges positively and with maturity.” He also went on to express that, “I look forward to continuing to support him in achieving his apprenticeship qualification”.
Akwasi’s journey is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through perseverance and a positive mindset.
Congratulations, Akwasi, on this well-deserved recognition. We can’t wait to see where your journey takes you! 🌟
