Apprentice of The Month

GLP Training February's Apprentice of the Month, Phillip Cooper from Mitie

At GLP Training, we continue our monthly tradition of celebrating our Apprentice of the Month, recognising learners’ outstanding achievements throughout their apprenticeship journeys.

This month, we’re delighted to recognise Phillip Cooper as Apprentice of the Month! 👏

Phillip has recently completed his Level 3 Building Services Engineering Apprenticeship with Mitie, and has truly impressed both his employer and tutor with his commitment, professionalism, and steady progress.

Phillip’s hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. He continues to excel in his day-to-day role and is consistently applying his learning to real-world scenarios. A true reflection of the values we promote at GLP Training.

His tutor, Jack Braiden & Steve Banks, shared high praise for Phillip’s attitude and growth:

“He demonstrated a strong willingness to learn and consistently showed dedication to his development. His outstanding progression enabled him to finish several months early.

He always approached his apprenticeship with seriousness and enthusiasm, and his practical work now reflects the commitment he invested during his training.

Jack also highlighted that “Overall, Phillip has continually gone above and beyond throughout his course and has truly developed during his time on the qualification. This is clearly reflected in his final grade of Distinction.”

Phillip’s journey is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through perseverance and a positive mindset.

Congratulations, Phillip, on this well-deserved recognition. We can’t wait to see where your journey takes you! 🌟
