Apprentice of The Month

At GLP Training, we continue our monthly tradition of celebrating our Apprentice of the Month, recognising learners’ outstanding achievements throughout their apprenticeship journeys.

This month, we’re delighted to recognise Warren Williams as Apprentice of the Month! 👏

Warren has just finished his Level 3 Building Services Engineering Service & Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship with Mitie, and has truly impressed both his employer and trainers with his commitment, professionalism, and amazing progress.

Warren’s hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. He continues to excel in his day-to-day role and is consistently applying his learning to real-world scenarios. A true reflection of the values we promote at GLP Training.

Warren has even gone on to win 2nd place, at the Mitie Apprenticeship Awards for the Level 3 Apprentice of the Year Award. Congratulations Warren, on this fantastic achievement!

His trainer, Jack Braiden shared high praise for Warren’s attitude and growth:

Jack mentioned, “Warren has been outstanding… He completed all required apprenticeship elements ahead of his planned practical end date and, throughout the entire three-year programme, has demonstrated unwavering commitment to developing his knowledge, skills, and behaviours.“

“Warren embodies all of Mitie’s core values… Warren consistently goes the extra mile by building positive relationships with everyone he works with and by making the most of every practical masterclass, asking insightful questions, and seeking opportunities… “

Jack also highlighted that “…his development have also been recognised internally by Mitie, where he achieved second place in Mitie’s Prestigious Level 3 Apprentice of the Year award.”

Warren’s journey is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through perseverance and a positive mindset.
