Since 2023, GLP Training has partnered with OCS, one of the UK’s leading facilities management companies, to deliver a wide range of apprenticeships, higher technical qualifications, and commercial training. Together, we’re creating clear progression pathways for people across the facilities industry – from cleaning roles through to supervisory and management positions.

The Challenge

OCS wanted a training partner that could not only deliver industry-specific apprenticeships but also support career development across every level of its workforce.
