To develop governance and financial control capability and contribute to project assurance, the role must involve supporting project governance arrangements, maintaining project documentation and contributing to the business case development and review throughout the project lifecycle.

The Business Environment

To develop an understanding of the business environment in which projects operate, the role must involve analysing organisational priorities, project drivers, constraints and external influences that affect project delivery.

Stakeholder and Communications Management

To develop, establish and maintain stakeholder and communications management capability, the role must involve identifying and supporting stakeholder engagement activities throughout project delivery, including communicating project information to a range of audiences.

Control of Projects (Time, Cost, Quality)

To develop, establish and maintain project control capability and contribute to effective delivery, the role must involve supporting the monitoring of project performance against agreed time, cost and quality objectives.

Project Justification and Organisational Strategy

To develop capability in project justification and organisational strategy, the role must involve contributing to the development, review or maintenance of project business cases and understanding how projects align with organisational objectives and strategic priorities.

Quality Management

To develop, establish and implement quality management capability, the role must involve monitoring project outputs against agreed standards and identifying improvements using quality management frameworks.

Procurement, Contract and Commercial Management

Project Change Control

To develop project change control capability, the role must involve supporting the assessment, documentation and implementation of project changes using recognised change control processes.
