Course Information

The Transport Operations Supervisor Apprenticeship is designed to develop skilled operational leaders who can oversee daily transport activity, coordinate people and resources, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.

The programme develops practical knowledge of transport planning, fleet and resource management, road transport legislation, customer service and operational performance. Learners also build the leadership skills needed to manage frontline teams, respond to operational challenges and support continuous improvement.

Apprentices will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to plan journeys, coordinate drivers and vehicles, use operational data to improve performance, and contribute to safe, resilient and efficient transport operations. 

The course also includes an additional CPC qualification.
