Build the skills required to develop professional client relationships, understand hiring requirements and deliver recruitment solutions that add value. 

Candidate Attraction, Sourcing and Talent Pipelines

Develop effective candidate sourcing techniques using advertising, networking, databases and digital recruitment platforms to build talent pipelines. 

Recruitment Process Management

Learn how to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing through attraction, assessment, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding. 

Communication, Negotiation and Stakeholder Engagement 

Develop strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills to build productive relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues. 

Recruitment Technology, Data and Compliance
