Apprentice of The Month

At GLP Training, we continue our monthly tradition of celebrating our Apprentice of the Month, recognising learners’ outstanding achievements throughout their apprenticeship journeys.

This month, we’re delighted to recognise Jessica Springate as Apprentice of the Month! 👏

Jessica has recently completed her Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship with OCS, and has truly impressed both her employer and trainers with her commitment, professionalism, and amazing progress.

Jessica’s hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. She continues to excel in her day-to-day role and is consistently applying her learning to real-world scenarios. A true reflection of the values we promote at GLP Training.

Her trainers, Doneis Ruddock & Megan Ince shared high praise for Jessica’s attitude and growth:

Doneis mentioned, “It was a pleasure to see Jess grow throughout the apprenticeship and for her to tell us how she was applying what she was learning and that this was having a really positive impact on her working life. “
“Towards the end of her apprenticeship, Jess experiences personal challenges but Jess refused to go on a break in learning and instead worked harder to complete by her gateway date, which she did. While she was in end point assessment, she worked even harder, which resulted on her gaining a distinction. This is the first qualification or recognition of any kind that Jess has ever received. “
Megan also highlighted that “Throughout the programme, Jessica regularly reflected on her progress and how her learning was shaping her work, recognising the changes she was making and the confidence she was building along the way.“

Jessica’s journey is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through perseverance and a positive mindset.
