What is the GROW Academy?

The Grow Academy GROW develops confident, capable leaders across Sodexo’s Facilities Management and Hospitality operations, combining role-relevant training at Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 with shared leadership masterclasses to build the skills needed to think strategically, lead high-performing teams and make a measurable impact at site level.

Bringing together Facilities Management and Hospitality professionals across Sodexo, the programme fosters a collaborative environment where learners share best practice, widen their skills and deepen their understanding of all areas of Sodexo’s operations.

Designed as one seamless learning journey, learners benefit from increased exposure, a broader operational understanding and standardised leadership and operational management training, giving them the confidence and capability to drive real results across contracts and sites. Developed in partnership with GLP Training and HIT Training, two of the UK’s leading providers in Facilities Management and Hospitality management training up to Level 5.

The Evolve Academy equips operational professionals across Sodexo by evolving their knowledge, skills and understanding of advanced modern methods of continuous improvement. Designed to develop your abilities and impact in role through continuous improvement, projects and change management, the programme gives learners the tools to identify and lead on inefficiencies, drive real workplace improvement projects and create lasting change, moving beyond day-to-day delivery to achieve measurable business impact across contracts and sites.
