Trainer of Facilities Management Level 2 - 4

GLP Training are looking to appoint an experienced Trainer to be home-based and be responsible for the training, assessment and support of a caseload of learners undertaking Apprenticeships in Facilities Management Levels 2 – 4 New Apprenticeships Standards.

 

  • Remote – with travel as required

  • Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more!

  • Head Office based in Worcester

 

Duties:

  • Assess and support learners through full Apprenticeship Standards in Facility Services Level 2 and 3, and Facilities Management to Level 4

  • Provide additional support for the delivery of Functional Skills (Maths / English ) up to Level 2

  • Plan and deliver quality training sessions via remote online platforms

  • Conduct regular reviews with learners to track progress and ensure timely completion

  • Organise and maintain learners’ documentation.

  • Support, advise and motivate learners, through endpoint assessment

  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs

  • Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Recognised Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33).

  • Hold or working towards a recognised Teaching qualification: AET / PTLLS or equivalent.

  • Experience in delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within Facilities Management.

  • IWFM (Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management) - Qualified at Level 4 or above, with strong occupational competency in Facilities

 

Management.

  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle

  • Must be flexible with travel and overnight stays where required

  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively

  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people

  • Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learner
