This blog post explores July's apprentices of the month, where we celebrate the achievements and talent of our learners who are doing exceptionally well on their apprenticeship programme!
For July's apprentices of the month, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on two of our fantastic learners, who have been recognised by their tutors for demonstrating outstanding performance.
July's Build, Trade and Facilities Apprentice of the Month
Our Build, Trade and Facilities Apprentice of the Month has been awarded to:
Luke Turner
Luke is on our Building Services Engineering Service and Maintenance Engineer apprenticeship, and works for The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. Here's what Dean, the Construction Head of Department, had to say about why he was deserving of this award.
"Luke has excelled in all areas of his Building Services Engineering course. As he approaches the end of his course, I want to highlight several key aspects of his exemplary behaviour and achievements:
Punctuality: Luke consistently arrives early for all teaching sessions, whether they are face-to-face or online.
Knowledge and Skills: His understanding of the BSE course is fantastic, and he demonstrates high expertise in all practical training sessions.
Positive Attitude: Luke maintains a positive attitude that greatly contributes to the learning environment.
High Standards: The quality of Luke’s work is always exceptional, meeting and often exceeding expectations.
Since starting the course, Luke's confidence has grown significantly month by month. His positive attitude and strong work ethic have been invaluable, and he will be greatly missed once he completes the course."
July's Professional Services Apprentice of the Month
Our Professional Services Apprentice of the Month has been awarded to:
Claire Wallace
Claire is on our Customer Services Specialist apprenticeship, and works for Octopus Energy. Here's what her tutor, Aysha, had to say about why she was deserving of this award.
"Claire has worked hard during a transition within her Customer Service role from Shell Energy to Octopus. Claire has worked diligently to prepare for her functional skills exams which she has completed this month. Claire has dedicated time to prepare for her project which will form one key component of her EPA and this project will highlight the enormous impact she has had, resolving complaints to a high standard, ensuring that customers are satisfied, demonstrating her commitment of putting customers first.
Â
Claire displays a very positive attitude and is highly proactive and professional and has been recognised by her line manager for performing consistently well, Â recommending improvements to support customers more effectively which is inspiring to members of her team.
Â
It has been a pleasure to work with Claire, I wish her all the best for her upcoming EPA and wish her every success for the future."
Congratulations to our two Apprentices of the Month for July! This is an achievement to be proud of.
Keep an eye out for next month's outstanding apprentices!
