Charlotte’s Journey: Charlotte Farmery embarked on her apprenticeship journey with us in 2021. Her determination, skill, and passion for the field have not only propelled her forward in her career but have also established her as the first female building services engineer at the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
