This month, one apprentice has truly stood out, demonstrating outstanding commitment and professionalism in everything they do.

We’re thrilled to announce our Apprentice of the Month for April 2025:

Christopher has just completed his Associate Project Manager apprenticeship while making a significant impact at OCS. His tutor, Kelly, couldn’t be prouder of his dedication and work ethic.

Here's what Kelly had to say:

"I am delighted to nominate Chris Richards for the GLP Training Apprentice of the Month award in recognition of his outstanding commitment, determination, and resilience throughout his Level 4 APM apprenticeship.

Chris has now successfully completed his Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, achieving the highest result possible, a Distinction! Throughout his apprenticeship, Chris consistently demonstrated outstanding focus and motivation, balancing the demands of his role with a steadfast and professional approach. His commitment to learning and development has been exceptional, and he continually went above and beyond expectations.

Chris’s ability to manage his time effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and consistently uphold such high standards is truly commendable. His fantastic approach to his professional growth makes him a thoroughly deserving candidate for this award.

It has been an absolute privilege to be Chris’s tutor throughout this journey. I have genuinely enjoyed supporting him through the highs and the inevitable rollercoasters of apprenticeship life, which there were a few! His resilience, determination, and drive have been inspiring, and I have no doubt he will continue to excel in his career. Good luck Chris!"
