Today we will unravel the layers of apprenticeships, shedding light on the different levels that pave the way for skill development, knowledge acquisition, and career advancement.


Level 1: The Foundation


At the beginning of an apprenticeship, individuals find themselves in the foundational level. This is the initiation phase where apprentices immerse themselves in the basics of the trade or profession. They learn the ropes, gain familiarity with tools, and absorb fundamental concepts. Level 6: Leadership Excellence


Level 6 is the start of the degree apprenticeships. Within this course you will be able to obtain a bachelor's degree and will mostly be provided by university's. Apprentices at this level have not only mastered their craft but have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in guiding organisations through transformative change. This level focuses on strategic decision-making, organisational development, and creating a lasting impact on the industry.

Level 7: Continuity


Level 7 apprentices will be able to acquire a Master's degree, which showcases the highest apprenticeship level you can achieve. Entry requirements are usually set out by employers. At this stage, apprentices are not only leaders within their organisations but are committed to ensuring the continuity and growth in their field.
